This full-day certification is built around the judgment calls groomers face every day — when to push forward, when to pause, when to stop, and how to communicate those decisions confidently to clients and employers. You’ll develop a clear decision-making framework so those moments aren’t made on instinct alone.

This certification is for groomers who already understand behavior and handling, and are ready to sharpen the professional judgment that protects dogs, clients, and their own career.
