This half-day certification is where behavioral education begins. You’ll learn to recognize what dogs are actually communicating during a grooming session — stress signals, threshold shifts, and early warning signs that most groomers were never taught to see. No theory overload. Just practical, observable skills you can apply the moment you’re back at your table.
This is the starting point. Behavior Aware is a prerequisite for the Behavior Handling Specialist and all advanced certifications.
You’ll walk away with:
